Pilot mistake is the most likely cause of the MiG 29 incident in the Black Sea

"Collision between the MiG-29 fighter aircraft and the water surface due to loss of spatial orientation by the crew" is the most probable cause of the incident near Shabla, which claimed the life of pilot Valentin Terziev, reads the investigation report conducted by the "Military Police". According to another less likely version, the iccident was due to a technical failure that occured during the flight. A third version reads that the aircraft was hit by shrapnel. The plane’s black box is ixpected to be read in a special laboratory of the MiG corporation in Russia within one month.
