Bulgarian caretaker Prime Minister takes part in Berlin Process Summit

Bulgarian Prime Minister Stefan Yanev participates today in the video-conference Summit of the Berlin Process. This year the focus is placed on the achievements of the past 7 years. The initiative was launched by German Chancellor Angela Merkel back in 2014. It is aimed at strengthening dialogue and regional cooperation in the Western Balkans. The implementation of the priorities and goals set for the region and its integration into European norms and standards, as well as the establishment of a Common Regional Market will also be discussed.

During the forum, Prime Minister Yanev will focus on the importance of the signed Declaration on the Establishment of a Regional Internal Market and Declaration on the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans during the Berlin Summit in Sofia last year.
