Bulgaria's Ministry of Health is taking measures to inform the Roma minority about the vaccination against Covid-19, said Deputy Minister Alexander Zlatanov. A meeting was held at the ministry with health mediators in Roma neighbourhoods.

The bottom line is that myths still exist among this population.\ People are scared, have a misconception, and are afraid of side effects. Therefore, the first step is to start an information campaign in different ways - through the people they respect and are authorities among them, the show business people they imitate, the clergy who preach.
New meetings will be held every 10 days to discuss the effect of the campaign, Zlatanov said.
