Bulgaria is to submit its recovery plan to the European Commission by the end of the term of office of the caretaker cabinet, Iliana Tsanova, Deputy  Director General of the Directorate-General for Budget (DG BUDG), said for the Bulgarian National Radio. In her words, in the best case scenario, by the end of 2021 Bulgaria will receive advance payment amounting to 13% of the whole amount, in order to start implementing the projects. "Our economy has the opportunity to absorb EUR 6 million in two years and make investments with higher added value," noted Iliana Tsanova. "The recovery plan is not only an investment instrument.
