The maximum price is 3.25 million euro, VAT excluded. The procedure will once again be negotiated with the company Ciela Norma. CEC deputy chair Emil Voynov explained that this is rendered necessary because of the amendments to the Election Code. The additional machines will be of the same kind and model as the ones from the previous tender; if the need arises up to 500 more machines can be delivered for the presidential elections in the autumn.
