The Directors General of the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency (BTA) and North Macedonia’s Media Information Agency (MIA), Kiril Valchev and Dragan Antonovski, signed an agreement on information exchange and professional cooperation.
"BTA and MIA will take measures to make sure that the materials exchanged between the two agencies do not contain propaganda, incitement to violence, hatred or other actions that would harm the relations between Bulgaria and North Macedonia," the document reads.
The agreement was signed at the European Commission Representation in Rome in the presence of the Presidents of Bulgaria and North Macedonia.
