The Recovery Plan is still a draft, EU Deputy Prime Minister Atanas Pekanov has told bTV. This year he expects the country to receive up to 13% of financing under the plan.

"We have started the process of negotiations and coordination between the new cabinet members in order to use this resource in the best way," the deputy prime minister said, recalling that the plan is a new mechanism. If the planned projects and reforms were not carried out, no money would be received. The plan includes 12 components and 36 reforms in various areas, the deputy prime minister said.

Pekanov commented that if political instability did not turn into some kind of economic instability, there would be no delay in the process of joining the Eurozone.
