Miroslav Borshosh takes over as Sofia deputy mayor for culture

Miroslav Borshosh has been appointed deputy mayor of Sofia for Culture, Education, Sport and Youth Activities.

Miroslav Borshosh has graduated culturology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. He is the man behind the creation of some of the cultural spaces that have become emblematic of Sofia – the Plume literary club and Azaryan Theatre for modern dance and performance, and is holder of the Sofia municipality award for achievements in the sphere of culture.

Miroslav Borshosh is taking over from Assoc. Prof. Todor Chobanov who was dismissed as deputy mayor for Culture, Education, Sport and Youth Activities by Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova over the delay in the procedures for the restoration of the mineral baths in Ovcha Kupel and Gorna Banya.
