Bulgaria registers record number of over 25,000 vaccinations in past day

Bulgaria has registered a total of 1,382  new cases of coronavirus for the day, according to the Unified Information Portal. Positive samples are 9.8% of the 14,082 tests performed. The highest number of new cases is recorded in Sofia - 331, followed by Plovdiv - 127 and Varna - 121.

The registered active patients are 50,782. Currently, 7,168 patients are hospitalized as 697 of them are in intensive care. 
The death toll in the last 24 hours with established coronavirus is 96 people. Cured patients amount to 3,013 people.
The administered vaccines in the past day reached a record number - 25,355. With them the number of vaccinations in Bulgaria has increased to 776,254. Of these, 190,535 people have received both doses.
