The GERB party has appealed to the Constitutional Court over the moratorium imposed by the parliament on granting of concessions, sale of state and municipal hospitals and appointments in the state administration by the outgoing cabinet.

"We also have a special request for a fast decision because it concerns the medical establishments during pandemic," Desislava Atanasova, chairwoman of the GERB parliamentary group, said.

Atanasova added that the group would not call for the resignation of MP Maya Manolova as chair of the parliamentary committee assessing the rule of GERB, because the committee would not achieve anything, BNR news reported.
