Bulgarian parliament holds last sitting

The last plenary session of the 44th National Assembly is held on March 25 at 10 am, before the upcoming regular parliamentary elections on April 4.

The 44th National Assembly was elected in the early parliamentary elections on March 26, 2017, and its first sitting was convened on April 19, the same year. Five political forces participated in parliament, with the United Patriots coalition disintegrating during the four-year parliamentary term. Still, the ruling majority was not disturbed.
