Work on a Bulgarian vaccine against Covid-19 continues, the results of lab animal tests are to be verified at the Institut Pasteur of Shanghai.

The Bulgarian vaccine is protein-based and is expected to be effective against all variants. The vaccine will be in the form of spray, explains Prof. Penka Petrova, Director of the Institute of Microbiology of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. A second prototype is to be developed. The project is to be financed by the Scientific Researcch fund, BGNES reports.

Prof. Petrova adds that she is very sorry to see there is a mass psychosis regarding vaccination in Bulgaria. She is categorical that there is absolutely no proof vaccination can cause death.
