Arrivals from Bulgaria who do not present such a test upon entry into Romania are subject to 14-day home quarantine. The test results can be in paper or electronic form but they must have been issued by an authorized laboratory and contain identification data of the person tested.
No test is required for children up to the age of three, or for persons who have been revaccinated or have had Covid-19 and have recovered in the past 90 days.
