On Bulgaria's National Day March 3, the initiative "Awakening with a dance" will gather for the sixth year in a row the positive energy of Bulgarians in Bulgaria country and around the world. Thousands of Bulgarians in different parts of the world will dance together, strengthening their Bulgarian roots. The organizers are the Azbukari Association and the civic platform "Bulgarians for Bulgaria".

The organizers invite the participants to shoot a video in which to introduce themselves - who they are, where they are from and to show how they play "horo" (typical national chain dance), and then to publish it on the Facebook page of the initiative. "Let's show the beauty of Bulgarian folklore, the temperament and the positivity of Bulgarians", the address of Azbukari Association reads.

The most impatient were the Bulgarians in the town of Melitopol, Ukraine, and Saarbrücken and Kaiserslautern, Germany, who, according to the organizers, started to dance as early as February 3, as well as Bulgarians in Brescia, Italy - on February 20.
