53% of Bulgarians refuse to receive Covid-19 vaccine

More than 1.5 million Bulgarians, or one third of this country’s population, are willing to receive a Covid-19 vaccine, indicates a survey of Trend Research Center, commissioned by 24 Chassa daily. Bulgarians are unwilling to get a vaccine, mainly because they are not sure whether the vaccine is safe and because they fear possible side effects. 

29% of the respondents are still undecided. 42% of the respondents agree that the world begins to contain the spread of coronavirus pandemic with the advent of the Covid-19 vaccine. One-third mistrust such a statement.

20% of the respondents support the idea that non-vaccinated people should not be allowed to fly. However, 57% disapprove of such an idea.
