Poor people to receive hot food in St. Petka church in Sofia

Every Tuesday at 12.00 in the yard of the St. Petka church in Sofia hot food will be distributed to people in need, the Sofia Metropolis has announced. The activity starts on the Feast of the Presentation of Jesus Christ marked on February 2, at the initiative of the Department of Mercy and Charity with the blessing of Patriarch Neophyte and in collaboration with the church of “St. Petka” and the St. Mina Monastery near Sofia. Food will be distributed in compliance with anti-epidemic measures, it was reported
