Mountain rescuers continue their attempts to transport the body of a tourist who died in an accident in the area of Zhaltets peak in the Balkan Mountain range (Stara Planina) yesterday. However, their actions are hampered by very strong wind and thick fog.

Mayor of Karlovo, Emil Kabaivanov has told BNR that the body of the deceased tourist, as well as his companion, who was rescued and is in good condition, are in a mountain shelter. Two more tourists in good condition from Sopot are also there. It is still unclear whether adverse weather conditions would allow for the people to be rescued today.
