Broader scope of arrivals from UK without ban on entering Bulgaria

According to an order by the Minister of Health of December 22, the scope of persons arriving from Great Britain and Northern Ireland who can enter Bulgaria has been expanded.

These are:

Medical specialists and scientists, social workers, when the purpose of the trip is related to their profession;

Workers involved in the supply of medicinal products, medical devices and personal protective equipment, including their installation and maintenance;

Transport personnel engaged in the international transport of passengers and goods;

State officials as well as members of their families;

Persons traveling for humanitarian reasons;

Representatives of the trade, economic and investment activities, certified by a letter from the Minister of Economy or another Minister;

Seasonal agricultural workers and those employed in tourism;

Transit passengers when it can be guaranteed they would leave the territory of Bulgaria immediately.
