Bulgarian village invites newly elected US President Joe Biden on visit next year

The residents of Bulgaria's village of Kamenovo near the town of Nova Zagora are planning to send an invitation for a visit to the newly elected US President Joe Biden after his official inauguration in officeThe locals are planning to welcome Joe Biden with the emblematic local kurban soup and with the American anthem performed on Bulgarian folk instruments. 
For this purpose, the Kamenovo residents, which amount to some 300 people, most of whom Biden supporters, have already formed an initiative committee. They are considering inviting the new American president to their village on September 21st next year when the village fair usually takes place. If Biden accepts the invitation and arrives on a visit, he will leave Kamenovo with a special gift - a Thracian bagpipe specially crafted for him, the Bulgarian National Television reported,
