BOEC civil rights movement organized a protest in front of Alexandrovska hospital in Sofia against the decision of the hospital administration to close the only transplantation unit and turn it into a ward for Covid-19 patients.

“It is a crime, genocide, murder,” commented BOEC chairman Georgi Georgiev, adding that he himself is not a transplant patient but is an organ donor and that he knows people who are living a second life. “We shall fight for the people in need of transplant surgery and their right to life,” he said.
