As of today Romania is introducing the requirement for a negative PCR test for all arrivals from Bulgaria, performed less than 48 hours prior to arrival, the BNR reports citing the Border Police.
People without a negative test will be placed under 14-day quarantine in an accommodation location of their choosing.
