The government is proposing a devastating budget without targets, plan, clear procedures and justification for the results of the costs, Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev told journalists.

Bulgaria’s head of state attended the tactical military exercise at Koren training ground near the town of Haskovo within the land forces military exercise Balkan Wall 2020.

"The experience that was demonstrated today is a good basis for these exercises not to be something incidental but an element of the regular training of the Bulgarian Army," President Radev said.
