The Three Seas initiative would benefit from the expansion and inclusion of Greece and Cyprus, said Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev, who is on a visit to Estonia. Radev is in Tallinn for the summit of the Three Seas regional cooperation initiative.

During the forum, Radev will receive the hosting of the group for 2021 from Estonia.
Created in 2015, the format unites 12 countries located between the Adriatic, Baltic and Black Seas. Through joint projects, they promote infrastructure, digital and energy connectivity aiming to achieve sustainability and growth.
As priorities of the Bulgarian presidency, Radev proposes to focus on building educational and scientific connections within the framework of the Three Seas initiative.
