In terms of proximity to green areas Sofia places in the middle of the ranking after Hong Kong (85%), Moscow (75%) , Paris (61%) and London (59%). 69% of the residents of Sofia live near health and educational institutions, similar to Tbilisi, Rome, Toulouse and Poznan.
