Bulgaria’s business insists on remote communication with administration

Bulgaria’s business demanded amendments to the E-governance Act to facilitate communication with the administration amid the Covid-19 epidemic.

The Bulgarian Industrial Association called on Deputy Premier Tomislav Donchev to undertake the necessary actions so that companies are served remotely.

BIA points out that currently there are no notified national electronic identification schemes, which makes it difficult for businesses in Bulgaria to communicate with the administration and receive services remotely, the position of BIA published on its website reads.
