Required documents are being prepared in order for spectators to be able to attend championships indoors, starting October 1, Minister of Sports Krasen Kralev has announced. The minister, who recently received treatment from Covid-19, visited the sports exhibition at the Asics Arena.

Thirty sports clubs and federations advertise their sports and activities there to make it easier for young people to access them. The event is part of the European Week of Sport and the Be Active initiative.

Minister Kralev pointed out that safety measures for sport halls are currently being developed and they would be sent to the Ministry of Health for approval. He added October 1 was a good date for people to be allowed to watch sports indoors.
