The lack of transparency and real accountability is a systemic defect of the governance model. The problems in the judiciary are among the main reasons for the statehood crisis, says the second part of the draft National Strategic Document, prepared by the Strategic Council with the Bulgarian President, BNR reports.

The systemic defects of the governance model can be solved only with a deep reform, which will empower the citizens and impose mechanisms for transparency and real managerial responsibility, the analysis shows.
The draft National Strategic Document has been uploaded for public discussion on the website of the civil initiative "We, the e-people" https://e-narod.bg/ and on the platform of the initiative on Facebook.
