Second Grand National Uprising passes peacefully

On the 64th day of protests traffic in Sofia’s central part near the Council of Ministers building and the Presidency building is blocked by protesters. The antigovernment protest which is taking place today under to motto “Grand National Uprising 2” is passing peacefully. The organizers of the protest announced that demonstrators from Varna, Ruse, Dupnista, Troyan and other Bulgarian towns arrived in Sofia to join the rally. Police presence in the area is enhanced.

Six people have been detained today. Bottles containing flammable liquid, metal bars and knives were found during Police searches in the area, the reporters of BNR inform.
