Bulgarians abroad identify with protests in their home country

We are going out in the streets to protest against corruption, for democratic future and for the future generations of Bulgaria. We want to show empathy with the zeal of the Bulgarian people and the young people in particular, Martin Chilev who lives in Cologne, Germany, told BNR. 

Coordinated protest rallies are to take place on Wednesday evening in Ottawa, Montreal, Vienna, London, Brussels, Barcelona, Paris, Berlin and other cities. We are Bulgarians. We don’t divide ourselves into Bulgarians living abroad and Bulgarians living in our home country, Martin Chilev said. In Cologne, the demonstration takes place in front of the emblematic Cologne Cathedral, Martin Chilev specified.
