On August 26th, the Ministry of Health will submit to the Council of Ministers a Report on the prolongation of the emergency epidemic situation in the country until the end of September, Bulgaria's Health Minister Prof. D-r Kostadin Angelov announced today in Varna. In the last two weeks, compared to the previous two, the incidence of Covid-19 in Bulgaria has been decreasing.

If the trend remains the same, we do not intend to tighten the measures, and our healthcare system will be able to withstand the epidemic, Angelov stressed.
The minister described as "an ugly lie" the allegations that wearing masks outdoors would become mandatory again.
