For a month now, Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov has chosen a strategy to broadcast news from his jeep via the social networks in order to avoid contact with protesting citizens, political analyst Vasil Garnizov said on occasion of the failed sitting of the Bulgarian National Assembly and Borissov’s absence from Parliament.
In Vasil Garnizov’s view, there is a systematic underestimation of the institutions in Bulgaria.
