Commenting on the civil protests running in Bulgaria for the past ten days, Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov said he saw no reason why his resignation should be requested at the moment. "I see no reason why I should withdraw from my post only 10 days after I am satisfied with a very successful project for Bulgaria - the integration into the Banking Union and getting closer to the euro. If you think this is a failure of my policy or that the fiscal indicators in recent years are a failure of my policy, that means there should be claims against me," Goranov said.
