The Minister of Defense Krassimir Karakachanov has awarded the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Bulgaria, Emma Hopkins with a badge of honor "For Contribution to the Ministry of Defense".
The award comes for successful bilateral cooperation and on the occasion of the completion of Hopkins' diplomatic mission to Bulgaria.
