Bulgaria's prosecutor's office has filed an objection in court against the building permits in the resort of Sveti Vlas, which falls within the protected area "Emine - Irakli". During the coordination of the project no assessments were made for the project's environmental impact and for the compatibility of the construction with the protection of the protected area. This makes the eight permits null and void, the state prosecution says, specifying that the objection should also stop the implementation of building permits.
