Summer Cinema in the Park returns to Plovdiv

For the third year in a row, residents and guests of Bulgaria’s second-biggest city Plovdiv will enjoy the film screenings of the initiative “Summer Cinema in the Park". From July 1 to July 19, titles from Bulgarian, European and American cinema will be shown. The screenings will be held in landmark spots in the city, such as Tsar Simeon's Garden, Nebet Tepe, the Youth Hill, the park near the Rowing Base, the park next to the covered bridge over the Maritsa River and others.

On the screen which will be the size of a two-storey building, moviegoers will be able to see the Bulgarian films “Rounds”, "Reunion" and "A Dose of Happiness". Among the foreign titles are "Taxi 5", "Love Therapy", the comedy "Le Flic de Belleville", the Argentine "The Quietude" and others. Admission is free.
