Bulgaria assesses positively the financial plans of the European Commission

The Bulgarian government has approved Bulgaria's position to participate in the European Council meeting, which will take place on June 19 via video conference. It will discuss the European Commission's proposals for the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027 and for a Post-Crisis Recovery Plan caused by Covid-19. 

Bulgaria values ​​the European Commission's proposal for a European Recovery Instrument as a good basis for negotiations because it reflects the basic principles of an ambitious, focused and temporary instrument, the decision said.
