Many Bulgarian haulers are considering the possibility to register their companies abroad, in order to avoid some restrictive regimes after the Transport Committee of the European Parliament rejected the proposals of Bulgaria and other EU countries for amendments to the Mobility Package, among which was the proposal to drop the return of drivers and cargo vehicles in the country.
