Bulgaria joins World Biodiversity Day

On May 22, the International Day for Biological Diversity, the Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation has launched a campaign for nominating the highest achievements in nature conservation in Bulgaria. The nomination process is public and everyone can submit proposals in one or more categories for the period May 22, 2019 - May 22, 2020. 

The awards are part of the long-term efforts of the Biodiversity Foundation in the protection and popularization of Bulgarian nature. For the first year, the nominations also include achievements related to climate change and its effect on life in Bulgaria.
