Parliamentary Defense Committee will discuss the state of the Bulgarian armed forces

The National Assembly Committee on Defense will discuss today the 2019 Report on the State of Defense and the Armed Forces. More money is spent on defense, but the problems related to the recruitment of military staff and the difficulties with the technical equipment in the land forces remain. Naval ships are at the limit of their technical capabilities, the report further notes. The military is ready with a project for new 3D radars which will cost EUR 205 million, the report further notes.
