Covid-19 claims 4 victims in past 24 hours, number of infected rises 2.8%

At 8 am on Tuesday the National Headquarters responsible for measures to combat the spread of Covid-19 announced that 19 new cases of coronavirus infection had been reported in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours. 9 of them were registered in a single hospital. The total number of confirmed cases has already reached 695 and the rise in comparison to a day earlier is 2.8%. There are no new areas affected by the virus. The number of active cases of patients with coronavirus is 581 as the number of infected medical staff is 37. In the past 24 hours the disease claimed 4 lives, raising the total number of deaths to 35. Currently, the number of patients who have recovered is 81.
