Minister of Finance Vladislav Goranov has announced in parliament that healthcare facilities that are currently restricted by the Covid-19 crisis will receive 85% of their average monthly earnings. These are health facilities which cannot treat the usual number of patients because anti-epidemic measures are being observed. It also implies a corresponding change in the National Framework for Medical Activities, the Minister pointed out.
