More than 90% of Bulgarians concerned over COVID-19 economic impact

The focus of concern for Bulgarians during the current pandemic with Covid-19 is shifting from health to the economy. The fact that the initial fear about one's health starts to go into the background is due to the measures imposed by the National Crisis Staff and their observance by the citizens and society at large. Such is the conclusion from a survey of the sociological agency Market Links, conducted in the period March 27 - 30.

More than 90% of those surveyed have expressed concern about the economic impact of Covid-19. 56% of Bulgarians feel their jobs are at risk, as 80% of citizens expect the coronavirus crisis will have a negative impact on the financial condition of their households.
