Bulgarian President Radev gives honorary award to rector of Japanese university

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev has presented Dr. Makio Takemura, President of the Toyo University, with the presidential honorary sign.

There are strong spiritual ties between Bulgaria and Japan, which keep strengthening by deepening relations in education, science and culture, said the Bulgarian President. In this way, Bulgaria has the opportunity to develop rapidly as a country of high technology and science and we would continue to support and encourage both our students and teachers in Japan as well as Japanese students in Bulgaria, President Radev added.
