The Pamporovo resort in the Rhodope Mountains reports a 9% rise in the number of tourists compared to last year. Since the start of the ski season, about 100,000 tourists have passed through the resort. Bulgarian and Balkan tourists are the prevailing group. There is a noticeable increase in the number of Serbian, Romanian and North Macedonian tourists.
