Over EUR 1 million raised during 17th edition of Bulgarian Christmas charity initiative

EUR 1 million has been raised since the start of the 17th edition of the Bulgarian Christmas charity initiative which aims to provide cutting-edge medical equipment for diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation of ill children. Last night, popular Bulgarian musicians, actors, athletes and journalists took part at the traditional Bulgarian Christmas concert at the Ivan Vazov National Theater in Sofia to support the noble cause. The charity initiative is held under the auspices of Bulgaria’s head of state Rumen Radev. The fundraising campaign continues and you can still support the cause and donate 50 Eurocents with a text message at 1117 or a phone call at 0900 11 17. In seventeen years, the Bulgarian Christmas charity initiative raised over EUR 16 million.
