Russian shareholders withdraw from Bulgarian telecom Vivacom

Russian investment bank VTB Capital, which is a British subsidiary of the VTB Group, is leaving the board of shareholders of Bulgarian telecommunications company Vivacom, it was reported. The decision was made after the sale of the Bulgarian operator to the United Group company. VTB Capital has sold its entire stake in Vivacom to the new British owners. Reuters recalls that VTB Capital joined the VTL consortium in 2015 to invest in Vivacom.
