Central Election Commission: Local elections in Bulgaria are going smoothly

The local elections for mayors and municipal councilors in Bulgaria are going smoothly without any serious violations, the spokesperson of the Central Election Commission Alexander Andreev told the Bulgarian National Radio. Voter turnout in Bulgaria at 10 am is 10.27%, CEC announced. It is similar to the voter turnout in 2015 when at 10 am it was 10.56%. According to the electoral code, no publication of opinion poll or results of sociological surveys, including publications and links in social media, are allowed before the end of the polling day.
