Parliament sets up committee of inquiry to look into why BNR Horizont channel went off the air for 5 hours

The National Assembly set up a committee of inquiry to investigate the facts and circumstances connected with the fact that the Bulgarian National Radio's central channel Horizont went off the air for 5 hours on 13 September, as well as the allegations that political pressure has been exerted on the BNR. 

The committee is being set up for a period of two months and will have 10 members – two from each parliamentary group. The proposal to set up a committee of inquiry on the matter came from the Bulgarian Socialist Party.
