Thirty one-year-old Bulgarian swimmer Tsanko Tsankov swam successfully the distance between Cape Emine and Cape Maslen in the Black Sea. He started at 6.20 am on July 17 and stopped the clock at 14.24.34 hours. Tsanko swam 44.702 kilometers.
