Bulgaria’s capital Sofia hosts the 40th Meeting of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs. All BSEC members are represented at the meeting-Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Albania, Armenia, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.
